Jason R Dias, PE, is CEO and Chief Engineer who oversees all of the firm's engineering operations. Mr Dias graduated from an Accredited Engineering University, University of Nevada Las Vegas (U.N.L.V.) and holds a BS degree in Civil Engineering with an emphasis in structural design. He is currently licensed in Nevada and Arizona and has over 10-yrs of progressive engineering experience in the areas of structural and consulting engineering along with structural software design. In addition to his engineering, he is an expert in AutoCAD with over 15-yrs of CAD design experience. Mr Dias has conducted, supervised and managed a wide variety of projects from custom residential homes to structural steel multistory medical buildings to multistory concrete commercial buildings to forensic investigation/resolutions. His expertise includes the following construction materials: Wood Construction, Structural Steel, Light-Gage-Metal Construction, Cast-in-Place Concrete, Tilt-up Concrete Panels, ICF Concrete Forms, Autoclaved Aerated Concrete, Culvert Concrete, Concrete Pool, Masonry Construction, Post-Tension Masonry, Retaining and Site Walls. Mr Dias believes in strong family core values and is a new father to a baby girl as of March 2009. He strongly believes in honesty, integrity, hard work and that actions are stronger than words. Mr Dias has worked extremely hard to earn his outstanding reputation of loyalty along with producing high quality engineering designs.
